Nicola Dahlberg

Nicola Dahlberg earned her state-certified degree in business administration through a four-year part-time program, during which time she helped build up a newly founded medical practice with DIN 9001 certification. After taking parental leave, Ms. Dahlberg joined the University Hospital of Cologne, where she has now been employed for more than 17 years. Before joining the Human Resources department, she worked for the Institute for Medical Sociology, Health Services Research, and Rehabilitation Science for 13 years. This is a joint scientific institution of the Faculty of Human Sciences and the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Cologne. Ms. Dahlberg can now contribute her acquired knowledge to the development of our newly founded institute. Personally, she is a calm and approachable person who likes to work in a focused and solution-oriented manner, but never forgets the team. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to foreign countries and loves nature.
