University Medical Center East Westphalia-Lippe
An important pillar of medical studies is clinical training in hospitals. Bielefeld University does not run its own university hospital. Instead, it cooperates with selected specialist clinics of three hospitals in the region, which together form the "University Medical Center East Westphalia-Lippe".
