Diotima Center

Diotima is a women’s non-profit organisation specialising in gender and equality issues, founded in 1989. Diotima's vision is to highlight and remove gender discrimination with the mission to empower women and femininities. The core action is the prevention and treatment of gender-based violence.

AEQUITAS

The topic of the AEQUITAS project is the gender and racial biases that have been reported in biomedical AI, which can lead to misdiagnosis and mistreatment, and how they pose a threat to the fundamental rights protected by the EU Charter.
